Late Work

It is imperative that the student keep up with the class work.  It the past I have found that students who fall behind NEVER catch up.  In order to provide the students in the class with the greatest opportunity to succeed, I am holding firm to the deadlines established in the class.   Each student may have ONE EXTENSION of the assignment work for the class by requesting the extension in writing in WebCT PRIOR to the deadline stating the reason for the extension.  The extension will be for ONE WEEK. There will be NO  EXTENSIONS of Chapter Quizzes, Midterm or the Final Examination.  Even if the assigned work is extended all testing must be complete by the deadlines established in the course.  If a student requests an extension the work of no student work will be graded until all students in the class have completed the work.  It is very difficult to grade a single paper so be considerate of your fellow students who have turned in the work on time.  They would like to receive their grades as soon as possible.
