Using the Real Estate Contract provided, the information in the chapter including the Chapter Summary Requirements to form a valid contract and Defenses to Contract Enforceability pages 273 - 275 of your text, and any material you may locate, find the paragraph(s) that specifies each of the following requirements of the State of Frauds.

	State the names of the parties.
	Identify the subject matter.
	State the essential terms.
	Signed by the party to be charged.

Using the Real Estate Contract provided, the information in the chapter including the Chapter Summary Contract Performance and Remedies on page 275 of your text, and any material you may locate, find the paragraph(s) that discuss damages for the breach of this contract.

	What type of monetary damages are specified?
	Are there any equitable remedies listed?

Requirements

	Write an informative letter detailing your findings in relation to the contract provided.
	Attach a separate sheet that cites properly any sources used in the answer.
	Insert your answer into the Contracts and Real Property sections of the Paralegal Reference Manual.
