governor also has a number of Executive Administrative
Agencies that create regulations to carry out the mission of that
agency. When a Maryland Administrative Agency creates a
regulation (and after is has been published for public comment in
the Maryland Register) it is placed in a book called
COMAR (Code of
Maryland Regulations.) COMAR can be accessed through the Maryland
Law Library Website. Unless you know the specific title
you are looking for it may be difficult to find. Certainly
beyond your experience at this time. However, I am hyper linking
