View Sleeping Beauty PowerPoint Note: You are in an introductory class.  I do not expect your Internal Memorandum of Law to be like the examples hyperlinked to the chapter.  They are there to show you where you will be going as you move through other courses.  The purpose of this assignment is to get you to use the research skills you have to find information on the Tort of battery and to be able to formulate a legal (not emotional) response to your supervisors inquiry. Do the best you can.  The most important thing is to follow the format specified in your book so that you get the hang of how to write in this manner. Using the information from Chapter 7 on Torts, information retrieved from the law dictionary, Maryland Law Encyclopedia, Maryland Digest, and your book write an Internal Memorandum of Law.  Insert the  Internal Memorandum of Law  into the tort section of the  Paralegal Reference Manual.

Using the research skills you have acquired locate information regarding the Automotive Warranty Act in the Maryland Law Encyclopedia and the Annotated Code of Maryland write an Internal Memorandum of Law.  Insert the  Internal Memorandum of Law  into the Consumer law section of the  Paralegal Reference Manual.
