Chapter 3 is a critical chapter for any student aspiring to become a paralegal.  In light of many current events, ethics has taken its place in the spotlight.  It is extremely important for a paralegal to recognize and understand the legal and ethical ramifications of his/her behavior.  A student who decides to continue in the program will take a 3 credit paralegal course LGS210 Legal Ethics.  In that course the student will study in detail his/her ethical responsibilities.  This chapter will provide a very brief but important over view of the ethical responsibilities of a paralegal.
