Treaties |

In order for the treaty to be binding the President must execute the treaty and the Senate must approve it by a 2/3 vote. |

An order or regulation issued by the President, Governor, or some administrative authority under his/her direction for the purpose of interpreting implementing or giving administrative effect to a provision of the constitution or of some law or treaty. |
