Online Course Meetings |
||||||||
| There are no meetings in an online course. If a student has had minimal or NO law classes this class can be extremely difficult as it is a LAW class and requires a basic knowledge of the organization of the legal system of the United States, as well as, the sources of the law and their interaction. A basic class will aid you in understanding the material and will make it seem more comprehensible. If some of you feel that a meeting is necessary I will be more than happy to schedule a class meeting to help with the material. | ||||||||
| In addition to the required work the student has the option of completing 100 points of Extra Credit work. | ||||||||
| Students sometimes do not understand a
grading system not based on 100 or one where the grade is not a % of
the final grade. This system is a flexible system that allows the
independent learner to choose his/her desired grade goal and allows
him/her to reach that goal by doing the class work that he/she feels
will achieve that goal. Note: Click on the item below for more information. |

Please Note: There are 13 chapters and 14 weeks in the semester. Therefore, the expectation is that you will complete approximately one chapter per week. |
||
|
Module 1 The Due Date is the last date the assignments and extra credit will be accepted. Chapter 2 is perhaps the most important chapter in the course. It deals with which court has the power to hear cases dealing with cyberspace issues. I urge you to spend a significant time reading and studying Chapter 2. |
