Answer and Explanation
As Speedy is coasting, his gravitational potential energy from the top of the hill is converted to kinetic energy. This kinetic energy is used to turn the wheels of the bicycle and moves the bicycle down the hill. (Some of the gravitational potential energy is also converted to thermal energy due to friction and air resistance).
