Question
Write down your answer to the following question:
There are many types of forces, including gravity, air resistance, support, friction, applied.
A basketball is released at a point exactly halfway between the moon and the earth.
List the 2 most significant forces acting on the ball just after it is released. Draw a force diagram for the basketball, indicating the direction and relative magnitude of each force. Explain why you drew the forces as you did.
