• Shape up America (a web page developed in conjunction with the surgeon general)
• National Weight Loss Registry (a web page describing a research project looking at individuals who have lost 30 pounds or more and kept it off for one year or longer)
• Portion distortion quiz (an NIH website providing an interactive quiz addressing changes in portion sizes and the time it takes to burn those extra Calories doing a variety of different activities)
• Body mass index calculator (an NIH website which calculates the user's Body Mass Index and discusses the meaning and the limitations of this number)
